摘  要:以三氯化铁为氧化剂,苯胺、吡咯为基体,采用化学氧化法在银片表面制备了聚苯胺/聚吡咯(Pani/Ppy)复合膜。采用红外光谱(IR)、热重分析(TG)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电化学极化分析、自腐蚀电位-时间分析等研究了复合膜的表面形貌、热力学稳定性及耐蚀性。结果表明:n(Ani)/n(Py)为1/3的复合膜的热分解温度为450℃,能在其工作温度范围内(20~300℃)满足使用要求;复合膜对银片具有明显的防腐蚀效果,其中n(Ani)/n(Py)为1/3的复合膜的防腐蚀效果最佳。Polyaniline/polypyrrole(Pani/Ppy)composite films were prepared on the surface of silver by chemical oxidation using ferric chloride as oxidant,aniline and pyrrole as matrix.The surface morphology,thermodynamic stability and corrosion resistance of the composite films were investigated by infrared spectroscopy(IR),thermogravimetry(TG),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),electrochemical polarization analysis and selfcorrosion potential-time analysis.The results show that the thermal decomposition temperature of composite membrane with n(Ani)/n(Py)of 1/3 was 450 ℃,which could meet the requirements in application at the operating temperature range of 20-300℃.The composite films had obvious anti-corrosion effect on the silver flake.The anticorrosion effect of the composite film with n(Ani)/n(Py)of 1/3 was the best.
