摘 要:对安装与未安装两种形式口盖锁进行了实验室加速腐蚀试验,通过蚀坑深度和力矩差(松脱力矩与拧紧力矩的差值)研究了A286口盖锁的腐蚀行为,分析了装配过程及装配应力对口盖锁腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:安装口盖锁的腐蚀程度明显高于未安装口盖锁的;未安装口盖锁的主要腐蚀形式是接触腐蚀,而安装类口盖锁的主要腐蚀形式是接触腐蚀和应力腐蚀;应力腐蚀对口盖锁腐蚀的影响比接触腐蚀的更大。To study the corrosion behavior of A286 flap lock,accelerated environment corrosion tests for installed flap lock and uninstalled flap lock were carried out in laboratory.Corrosion behavior of A286 flap lock was analyzed through pit depth and torque difference between loosening and tightening.And the influences of assembly process and assembly stress on the corrosion behavior of flap lock were studied.The results show that the corrosion of installed flap lock was more serious than that of the uninstalled flap lock.The main corrosion form of uninstalled flap lock was contact corrosion,while the main corrosion forms of installed flap lock were contact corrosion and stress corrosion.Stress corrosion had greater influence on corrosion behavior of flap lock than contact corrosion.
