摘　　要：PLC是计算机技术与工业自动控制装置的自控技术的组合，它有较高可靠性，还可用于自动匹配系统中。同时，利用配置软件，可以实现自动控制的生产和操作，形成良好的人机界面。基于此，本文设计了以PLC为核心的自动控制的配料系统，上位机为PC机，主要负责完成系统的报警设置、参数设置以及组态监控等任务，把PLC作为下位机，主要负责电动机的仓门开闭、检测信号以及启停控制等。系统仿真表明，该系统不仅可以提高产量，而且还可以实现饲料配料所需的精度。PLC is a combination of computer technology and automatic control technology of industrial automatic control device, which is highly reliable and can be used for automatic matching system control. At the same time, the use of configuration software, can achieve automatic control of the production and operation, the formation of a good man-machine interface. Based on this, this paper designs a PLC-based automatic control of the batching system to PC as the host computer, is mainly responsible for the completion of the system alarm settings, parameter settings and configuration monitoring and other tasks, the PLC as the next machine, mainly responsible for the motor The door switch, signal detection and start and stop control. The system not only increases throughput, but also achieves the accuracy required for feed ingredients.
