摘　　要：美丽乡村是美丽中国的基础，低碳乡村旅游是一种新型的乡村旅游形式，可以促进一、二、三产业融合。美丽乡村建设与乡村旅游低碳化发展要求是一致的。构建乡村旅游低碳化发展模式需要行政管理者、开发经营者和旅游消费者共同参与，合力构建乡村旅游低碳化发展的路径保障，在旅游六大要素中实现低碳旅游行为的转变。The beautiful countryside is the foundation of beautiful China, Low carbon rural tourism now is the new model of modern rural tourism, which can promote primary, secondary and tertiary industries to integration. The development of requirements of beautiful countryside is coincident with the Eco-tourism. To construct of Eco rural tourism requires administrators, operators and consumers to participate in tourism development, to ensure the development of Eco rural tourism, realize the transformation of Eco -tourism behavior in the tourism＇ s six factors.
