摘  要:以三聚氰胺(MA)和间苯二甲醛(IA)为原料,二甲亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂,通过Schiff反应一步合成系列蜜胺基多孔树脂。通过傅里叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、热失重分析(TG)、比表面积及孔径分布测试仪(BET)等分析多孔聚合物的化学结构、结晶性、热稳定性、比表面积和孔径分布等。同时研究了多孔树脂对铅离子(Pb^(2+))的吸附性能。结果表明,所制得多孔树脂为无定形聚合物,具有较高的热稳定性,同时具有较大的比表面积和丰富的孔结构;在p H值=7左右对Pb^(2+)的吸附效果最好,吸附时间2 h左右达吸附平衡;易与金属离子配位,在废水处理尤其是重金属离子吸附方面有良好的应用前景。A series of melamine-based porous using dimethylsulfoxide as solvent. The structure, resins were synthesized by Schiff base reaction in one step crystallinity, thermal stability, specific surface area and pore size distribution of porous resins were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR), X- ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD), thermal weightlessness analysis (TG), specific surface area and aperture distribution tester and so on. In addition, the adsorption performance of porous resins to Pb2+ was also studied. The experimental results show that the obtained resins are amorphous polymers with high thermal stability and high specific surface area and multi-pore structure. The adsorption effect to Pb2+ will be best when pH value is 7, and nearly 2 hours will be costed to reach adsorption equilibrium. The resins are good ligands to metal ions, and they have a good application prospect in the wastewater treatment, especially for heavy metal ions adsorption.
