摘  要:翼子板是汽车白车身中重要的覆盖件,安装在汽车轮毂的外侧,分为前、后翼子板两部分。翼子板的结构和外形设计不仅要考虑到材料、成本和成型工艺等问题,还需要使其满足空气动力学的要求。塑料翼子板的工艺性与使用性能都比较优越,以塑料翼子板取代传统金属材料的翼子板已成为汽车轻量化发展的趋势之一。在简述了塑料翼子板的使用现状的基础上,分析了其优点并提出了材料和成型工艺,分析了模块化翼子板装配过程和要求。以碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)翼子板为例,对其结构进行了优化,基于有限元理论对CFRP翼子板的使用性能进行了仿真。Fender was an important part of automobile body-in-white, which was installed on the outer side of the automobile wheel and was divided into two parts: the front and rear fender. The construction and shape design of the fender should not only into account takes the material, cost and molding process, but also needs to meet the aerodynamic requirements. The technology and performance of the plastic fender were superior, and replacing the traditional metal fender with the plastic fender became one of the trends of the automobile lightweight development. Based on the present situation of plastic fender, the advantages of plastic fender were analyzed, the material and forming process of plastic fender were put forward, and the assembly process and requirements of modular plastic fender were analyzed. Taking CFRP fender as an example, the structure of CFRP fender was optimized, were simulated based on finite element theory. and the stiffness and pitting resistance of CFRP fender
