摘  要:以掺聚苯胺纳米纤维的水性环氧树脂涂料为研究对象,从聚苯胺纳米纤维的导电性和电活性、掺聚苯胺纳米纤维的水性环氧树脂涂料防腐性能和Q235钢锈层的物相特征三个方面进行研究和分析。研究表明,聚苯胺纳米纤维具有强的水溶性、高达0.12 S/cm的电导率和可逆的氧化-还原活性等特性,因而适合作为水性防腐蚀涂料的缓蚀剂。由于聚苯胺的纳米结构和独特的可逆氧化还原性质,仅掺入0.6%的聚苯胺纳米纤维就能够很大程度地改善水性环氧树脂涂料防腐性能。Based on the waterborne epoxy resin coatings doped with polyaniline nanofibers, the research and analysis of the conductivity and electrical activity of polyaniline nanofibers were carried out, and the anticorrosion properties of waterborne epoxy resin coatings doped with polyaniline nanofibers and the phase characteristics of Q235 steel rust layer were investigated. The results show that polyaniline nanofibers have strong water solubility and the conductivity up to 0. 12 S/cm and the reversible oxidation-reduction activity, so they are suitable for corrosion inhibitor of waterborne anticorrosive coatings. Because of the nanometer structure and the unique reversible redox properties of polyaniline, only 0. 6% of polyaniline nanofibers can improve the anticorrosion performance of waterborne epoxy resin coatings.
