摘  要:为实现零维(粉体)材料的功能化,需制备形状单一的粉体。采用溶剂沉淀法成功制备了TiO_2/PA1012复合粉体,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和激光粒度分析仪讨论了粉体形貌和粒径分布,利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对粉体的热性能和结构进行了研究。结果表明,相对于纯PA1012粉体,加入TiO_2后的复合粉体更加趋于规则的球形结构,粒径大幅减小,粉体大小及分布更适合于SLS的加工过程;粉体的结晶速率提高、烧结窗口温度增加,改善了成型件的质量,无需后处理。该方法一次性成功地制备了较为均一的TiO_2/PA1012复合球形粉体,当TiO_2含量为2%时,粉体的综合性能最优。In order to realize the function of zero dimensional (powder) material, a homogeneous shape powders were needed. The TiO2/PA1012 composite powders were successfully prepared by precipitation by the dissolution precipition process. The morphology and particle size distribution of the powders were discussed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and laser particle size analyzer. The results showed that, compared with the pure PA1012 powders, spherical structure composite powders after joining TiO2 tended to be more regular,the particle size was greatly reduced,the size of powders and distribution was more suitable for the process of SLS. Whereas the TiO2 did not affect the crystal form of PA1012. By increasing the content of TiO2,the crystallization rate sintering temperature window of powders increased,which could improve the quality of forming parts. Without the need of reprocessing, this method was successful in the preparation of a more uniform TiO2/PA1012 composite spherical powders,when the content of TiO2 was 2% , the comprehensive performance of the powders could be optimal.
