摘  要:ABS/Al复合材料可以通过注射工艺直接制造出具有金属闪光效果的注射件。实验结果表明:当Al颜料含量相同时,粒径越大,铝片粒子的数目越少。反射率,白度指数(WI)和明度L*的值均随着Al颜料粒径的增加而下降,而随着含量的增加而上升;Al颜料在ABS/Al注射件中不仅具有应力集中的作用,而且还存在着不同的断裂方式。因此,拉伸强度随着Al颜料粒径的减小而增大,而冲击强度随着Al颜料粒径的变小反而下降,尤其是Al颜料粒径为10μm时,冲击强度下降到最小值,与纯ABS相比,下降比例超过了39%;Al颜料的含量越高,冲击强度和拉伸强度的数值越小。The ABS/A1 composite could be directly made into metallic flash effect plastic parts by using injection molding processing. The results showed that if larger A1 pigments were used at a fixed contents loading,the number of A1 particles were smaller and hiding power was lower, and vice versa. Consequently, the values of reflectance, whiteness index (WI) and lightness (L*) decreased as the particle sizes of A1 pigments increased,and increased as the content increased. There was an increased in the tensile strength with decreased particle sizes in ABS/A1. A1 pigments in the ABS/A1 injection molded parts not only acted as stress concentrators, and there could be different ways of fracture. Thus, the impact strength decreased as particle sizes decreased. In particular, when the particle sizes of A1 pigments were 10 μm, the impact strength was reduced to a minimum value,which was reduced by 39% relative to pure ABS. The higher the A1 pigments content,the smaller the impact strength and tensile strength.
