摘  要:通过对某汽车前门饰框的结构特点和使用要求的分析,设计了一套一模二腔的大型热流道注射模具,重点介绍了模具浇注系统、前后模零件、冷却系统、推出机构、排气系统等设计要点。模具采用9点顺序整体式热流道系统,顺利解决了该大型薄壁件注射成型困难的问题,根据塑件结构特点将塑件分成3个区域,为了保证塑件外观质量,A板采用整体形式,结合塑件的成型、推出及模具合模过程中的定位锁紧,将后模型芯合理拆分成16个镶件,实现了汽车前门饰框的整体成型。此外,模具采用冷却水道结合隔水板进行冷却及9个直推块推出后模外强制脱模的方式。结果表明:该模具结构设计合理、运行可靠,生产的塑件满足使用要求。The structure characteristics and functional requirements of an automobile front door sash were analyzed. Furthermore,a large injection mould with hot runner that forming two kinds parts simultaneously was designed. The design of runner system, mould forming parts ,cooling system, ejecting mechanism as well as exhaust system were introduced. The mould was made of nine point sequential injection to solve the problem of large and thin-walled injection molding. According to the structural characteristics of the plastic part, the plastic part was divided into 3 regions, moreover, taking into account the molding,ejecting of plastic parts with the positioning and locking of the mold,the eore of the mouhl was divided into sixteen inserts reasonably,therefore, the integral forming the part was realized. In addition, the characteristic of the mould structure included cooling water channel combined with water baffle, nine ejector pact blocks anti forced demoulding. The practical production had proved that the mould structure design was reasonable, and the running slate was reliable, the quality of processed parts met the technical requirement.
