摘  要:以力化学降解和化学降解相结合的方法制备了PVC本体自增塑助剂。研究了添加剂的含量对PVC塑化性能、分子量和分子量分布的影响,以及PVC本体自增塑助剂对聚氯乙烯力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:力化学降解与化学降解能有效降低PVC的分子量及分子量分布指数;缩短塑化时间,降低平衡转矩;制备PVC本体自增塑助剂的最佳配比为:100份PVC中加入0.8份降解剂,0.05份自由基终止剂,2.5份热稳定剂和20份分散剂;在聚氯乙烯中加入10份PVC本体自增塑助剂可提高显著聚氯乙烯的力学性能。The aid of PVC self-plasticized were prepared by means of the combination of mechanical and chemical degradation, the influences of the amount of additives on the plasticization performance, the molecular weight and their dispersion were studied. The experimental results showed that the average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the PVC self-plasticized aid prepared by mechanical and chemical degradation method could be effectively reduced, the plasticizing time decreased and the balance torque reduced distinctly; The optimum ratio of preparing PVC self-plasticized aid could be determined as 0.8 phr degradation agents,O. 05 phr termination agents of free radicals ,2.5 phr heat stabilizer and 20 phr dispersant for 100 phr PVC ;The mechanical properties of PVC materials could be improved by adding 10 phr PVC self-plasticized aid.
