摘 要:注射成型中合理的保压曲线不仅能减小制品的体积收缩,还能降低制品各部分的体积收缩差异,避免产品产生翘曲变形。建立了保压曲线的优化模型:首先结合实验设计,利用CAE分析软件对不同保压曲线下的注射成型过程进行模流分析;然后采用灰关联分析法对最大体积收缩率和体积收缩率标准差2个指标进行综合评价,建立了综合评价指标与保压曲线中各参数之间的响应面模型,最后获得全局范围内的最优参数组合。与已有研究相比,通过建立可靠的保压曲线优化模型和评价指标,对保压曲线进行了多目标优化,保证了最优保压曲线中的各个参数均为全局范围上的最优解,从而使制品的最大体积收缩率在满足使用要求的前提下,显著降低了各部分的体积收缩差异,减少了制品的翘曲变形量。In injection molding, the reasonable packing profile could not only reduce product shrinkage but also ensure consistent volume shrinkage of each part of the product to avoid warpage. In the proposed method, a packing profile optimization model was established. Firstly,injection molding processes with different packing profiles were simulated by DOE and CAE software. Then, gray correlation analysis was employed to calculate the gray correlation degree of the maximum volume shrinkage and the volume shrinkage standard deviation, and RSM was introduced to establish the model between the gray correlation and the packing process parameters. Finally, the global optimal packing profile was obtained. Compared with the current methods, the proposed approach achieved multi-objective optimization, established reliable optimization model with evaluation indices and ensured that the optimal packing profile was the global optimal solution. With the global optimal solution,the part's maximum volume shrinkage met the requirement and differences of volume shrinkage through the whole part were decreased substantially.
