扶阳瀹肾汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠治疗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨扶阳瀹肾汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠的治疗作用。方法:建立阿霉素肾病大鼠模型,实验分5组,正常对照组、模型组、强的松组、扶阳瀹肾汤组及扶阳瀹肾汤联合强的松组,每组8只。各组均连续给药12周,观察各组大鼠24 h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白、血脂及肾组织病理(HE、PAS染色)的变化。结果:与模型组相比,强的松组、扶阳瀹肾汤组、扶阳瀹肾汤联合强的松组均能减少尿蛋白,降低血脂,提高血浆白蛋白,改善肾组织病理变化,其中扶阳瀹肾汤联合强的松组效果更加明显。结论:扶阳瀹肾汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾损伤有明显保护与治疗作用。Objective：To study the treatment effect of Fuyang Yueshen Tang on adriamycin nephropathy rats.Methods：Rat models were induced by adriamycin,the rats were divided into 5 groups,normal control group,model control group,prednisone group,Fuyang Yueshen Tang group and Fuyang Yueshen Tang combining prednisone group,each group of eight.Each group was administered for 12 weeks.To observed the 24-hour-proteinuria,plasma albumin,lipid,the pathologic changes.Results：Compared with the model control group,the 24-hour-proteinuria was decreased,serum lipid was reduced,plasma albumin was increased,the pathological changes of the kidney were improved in prednisone group,Fuyang Yueshen Tang group and Fuyang Yueshen Tang combining prednisone group,the effcts of Fuyang Yueshen Tang group were more obvious.Conclusion：Fuyang Yueshen Tang can protect kidney from injury and treat the pathological changes of the adriamycin nephropathy rats.
