摘 要:为了提高钢桥面铺装施工的效率,设计了新型冷拌型环氧沥青材料。通过材料性能试验和微观结构分析相结合的研究方法,优化了新型冷拌型环氧配比,对冷拌、温拌及热拌环氧沥青混合料的马歇尔性能、水稳定性、抗车辙性能和弯曲变形性能等进行了综合比对试验评价。结果显示:冷拌环氧沥青弹性显著、温度敏感性低,冷拌环氧沥青混合料马歇尔强度可达到60.8kN,-10℃低温极限应变达到5 050微应变,60℃车辙动稳定度高于10 000次·mm^(-1),养生3d可开放交通。In order to improve the efficiency of steel bridge pavement construction, a new type of cold mix epoxy asphalt material was designed and optimized. The formulation design of the cold mix epoxy resin "was carried out by combining the performance test and microstructure analysis. The Marshall performance, water stability, anti-rutting performance and flexural properties of cold mix, warm mix and hot mix epoxy asphalt mixture were comparatively evaluated through experiments. The results show evident elastic property and low temperature sensibility; Marshall stability is 60.8 kN, and the ultimate flexural strain at - 10 ℃ is 5 050 ℃, and the dynamic stability at 60 ℃ is above 10 000 times per millimeter; the pavement can be open to traffic after three days of curing.
