摘 要:针对盾构机液压缸推进无力故障,采用故障树分析方法对液压推进系统进行可靠性分析。故障树定性分析发现,液压缸推进无力故障树的一阶最小割集共有11个,二阶最小割集1个,应重点关注液压缸、油泵和液力锁等;故障树定量分析发现,盾构机液压缸推进无力故障的发生率随时间呈线性上升趋势,在第1 000h故障的发生率为0.03,此时应重点加强对液压推进系统的维护。故障树重要度分析结果表明,液压缸密封圈泄露、油泵内泄漏、液力锁的单向阀磨损是造成液压缸推进无力的主要原因,在诊断时应该首先考虑排查。Aiming at the hydraulic cylinder propulsion failure of the shield machine, the fauh tree analysis method was used to analyze the reliability of the hydraulic propulsion system. The qualitative analysis shows that the fault tree comprises eleven first-order minimal cut sets and one second-order minimal cut set, and the focus should be on the hydraulic cylinder, oil pump and hydraulic lock. The quantitative analysis shows that the occurrence rate of the hydraulic cylinder propulsion failure is linearly increasing with time, and it reaches 0.03 after 1 000 hours, when the hydraulic propulsion system should be carefully maintained. The importance analysis shows that the hydraulic cylinder seal leakage, oil pump leakage, check valve wear of the hydraulic lock are the main reasons for the propulsion failure and should be checked at the beginning of the diagnosis.
