摘　　要：目的了解阿尔茨海默病患者家庭照顾者的真实感受,为促进家庭照顾者心身健康提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对20名阿尔茨海默病家庭照顾者进行半结构访谈,用现象学分析方法进行资料分析。结果通过分析、分类和提炼,得出家庭照顾者的矛盾心理、家庭照顾者的现实压力、家庭照顾者的情感状况和家庭照顾者社会支持缺乏4个主题。结论阿尔茨海默病家庭照顾者承受着生理、心理及社会三方面的负担,应为家庭照顾者提供针对性的培训及支持,以提高家庭照顾者的生活质量。Objective To study the real caring experience of family caregivers for patients with Alzheimer＇s disease to provide reference for improve caregiver＇s mental and physical health.Method 20 family caregivers for patients with Alzheimer＇s disease receive semi-structure interview by phenomenological research method of qualitative research.Analyze the information by phenomenological analysis method.Result 4 themes are extracted by analyzing,arranging and refining,which are contradictory psychology,realistic pressure,emotional status and lack of social support of family caregivers.Conclusion Family caregivers for patients with Alzheimer＇s disease are suffering from physiological,psychological and social burden.Family caregivers need corresponding training and support to improve their quality of life.
