摘　　要：高质量的护理共情能够缓解护患关系,增强护理能力,提高护理质量,减少护理差错,提高护理效率。本文利用自行设计的调查问卷,开展江苏省公立医院分层随机抽样,对抽取的8所公立医院的护理人员及患者开展了护理共情的现况调查。为提高护理人员共情能力,建议通过加强对护理人员共情的人文内涵的认识教育,增强共情意识;增设护理共情培训,提升共情技巧;合理配置护理人力资源,提升共情质量;构建和谐社会,建立相应的共情基础。High quality nursing empathy can alleviate nurse-patient relationship,enhance nursing ability,improve nursing quality,reduce nursing errors,and improve nursing efficiency.This article uses self-designed questionnaire to stratified random sampling of public hospitals in Jiangsu Province.A survey was conducted on nursing staff and patients in eight public hospitals.To improve the empathy of nursing,it is recommended to strengthen the education of nursing staff understanding the humanistic connotation of empathy humanistic connotation of empathy.To enhance the sense of empathy,we need to set up nursing sympathy training,improve skills of nursing empathy,reasonable allocation of nursing human resources,enhance the quality of empathy;building a harmonious society and establish the foundation of empathy.
