摘　　要：本文阐述了我国当前口岸植物检疫实验室的现状,通过对口岸植物检疫实验室的特征属性和内外影响因素分析,指出了当前发展中存在的问题。同时,结合事业单位改革、我国进出境贸易形势发展及科研机构发展趋势要求,对口岸植物检疫实验室的发展提出了针对性的对策建议。This paper expounds the current situation of port plant quarantine laboratory in China,and points out the existing problem in it based on the analysis of its characteristics and internal and external influencing factors. Meanwhile,the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the port plant quarantine laboratory are put forward according to the requirement of public service unit reform and the situation of trade on entry and exit,as well as the requirement of scientific institution development.
