隔离种植在杂草检疫中的应用探讨

摘　　要：杂草是我国入境植物检疫的重要疫情。本文开展了在隔离网内盆钵播种和撒布播种两种隔离种植检疫方法,提出了隔离种植过程中防止扩散的安全要求,分析了隔离种植在杂草检疫中的应用前景。隔离种植可以在杂草种类鉴定、疫情监测、分子检测、标本收集、成效展示、人才培养等方面获得广泛应用。Weeds are major pests of quarantine importance in imported plant poducts. The paper processed two isolated planting methods which are pot planting and field sowing in screened facility,and discussed dispersal provention requirments during the planting. Application prospect such as weed species identification,epidemic monitoring,molecular detection,specimen collection,achievement exhibition and personnel training etc. are also analysised.
