摘 要:外来有害生物随旅客携带物传入我国风险巨大,为此本文对2012~2016年京津冀地区空港旅检疫情截获数据进行了统计分析。结果表明京津冀地区空港旅检疫情截获数据持续增长,天津和河北检疫地位凸显。截获次数最多的有害生物类别为昆虫,水果是截获有害生物次数最多的应检物,安哥拉、泰国、韩国是截获有害生物次数最多的来源国。当前植物疫情类别、应检物与来源地多样化,构建京津冀三地旅检联防联控体系至关重要。There is huge risk from alien pests carried by travelers. In this paper,the interceptions of plant pests from inbound baggages in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air ports during 2012-2016 were analyzed.The statistical analysis showed that the amount of interceptions had been keeping growing, and the importance of quarantine work in Tianjin and Hebei were increasing. Insects were the most frequently intercepted pest, and most of them were intercepted from fruit. Angola,Thailand and Korea were the top 3 original countries. The diversification of pests category,their origins and as well as the articles supposed to be inspected requir a plant quarantine system of co-prevention and co-control to be built for inbound travellers in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
