摘  要:通过AHP-模糊综合评判法,构建了土石坝运行性态评价指标体系,制定土石坝加固后运行性态指标评分标准,并结合专家打分,对土石坝除险加固后的实际运行性态进行客观评价。通过工程实例应用,结合水库实际运行资料及现场考察,验证了该方法的可行性及有效性。该方法的应用,既可掌握大坝的运行安全状况,也可对除险加固效果进行反馈,同时为水库运行管理单位提供借鉴参考,对提高大坝安全管理水平具有积极的促进作用。Abstract: In this paper, through the AHP- Fuzzy synthetic evaluation method, the evaluation in- dex system for the operation of the earth dam was constructed, the criteria of the evaluation for the operation of the earth damafter reinforcement were established, combination with the expert rating, the actual functioning state for the earth dam after reinforcement were evaluated objectively. Through the application of engineering project, combining with the actual operation data and the on - site in- spection of the reservoir, the feasibility and validity of this method are verified. The application of this method, the running status of the dam safety can be mastered, it can be used to feedback the re- inforcement effection for the earth dam, It can also provides reference for the operation management unit of the reservoir, it has positive promotion function to improve the management level for the dam safety.
