摘　　要：简要介绍了革命性纤维和纺织品制造创新研究所的成立背景,介绍了美国先进功能织物联盟(AFFOA)的宗旨、任务、成员关系、领导层和该联盟最近开设的2家面料创新中心的建设情况及其最新研究成果。The background of Revolutionary Fiber and Textiles Institute for Manufacturing Innovation was briefly introduced.The mission,task,membership and board of directors of the Advanced Functional Fiber of American （AFFOA） were introduced in this paper.The construction situation and its latest achievements of two fabric discovery centers of AFFOA were introduced especially.
