摘  要:WC6合金钢球阀主阀体具有结构尺寸较大、壁较厚等特点.在前期的试制过程中,在出口法兰、连接法兰部位存在大面积的夹砂缺陷.通过对原浇注工艺进行CAE充型模拟和夹砂的能谱分析,准确地分析出了产生夹砂缺陷的根本原因.通过对原浇注工艺的改进,浇注系统的截面积比为F直:F横:F内=1:2:2,内浇口为排气侧冒口,排除了该缺陷,浇注出了质量合格的铸件.The main body of WC6 alloy steel globe valve has large structural size, thicker wall and other characteristics. For the previously trial-produced main valve body, large area of sand inclusion was present in its outlet flange and flange connection. The substantial cause for forming sand inclusion has been identified through both CAE solidification simulation of the previous casting process and energy spectrum analysis of the sand inclusion. After the casting process was improved, cross-section area ratio for the gating system is that Fs to FR to FI is lto 2 to 2, and ingate is regarded as side exhaust riser .As a result, the sand inclusion was removed, with the main valve body casting being acceptable.
