摘　　要：采用树脂砂造型的铸造车间,由于设备、生产工序多,相应的危险源点也多,包含特种设备和叉车、职业健康危害、人身伤害、易燃易爆物品、设备使用不当等,这些危险源一旦失控,就会造成严重的安全事故.因此有效排除安全隐患,保证危险源可控,是铸造车间安全生产的前提和保障.There are more hazardous points in foundry shop where resin sand molding is used because of more equipment and more production operations, including special equipment and forklift truck, occupational health hazards, personal injury, flammable and explosive goods, improper use of equipment and so on. Once a hazard point is out of control, serious accident will occur. Consequently. Removal of potential safety hazard and effective control of hazard points are the premise and guarantee of safe production in foundry shop.
