摘　　要：日本是信息资源保障体系构建较为完善的国家,无论是从宏观的国家层面还是微观的信息机构角度出发,日本的信息资源保障都有诸多方面值得中国借鉴和学习,笔者在文献资料调研与分析的基础上,从国家层面、信息组织层面作为出发点,总结出较为典型的文献资源保障具体举措,以期对中国信息资源保障体系的构建提供理论及实践引导。Japan has more complete information resource security system, whether from the macro-level and national level or micro-information institutions point, which is worth learning for China. On the basis of literature research and analysis, with the national level and information organization level as the starting point, this paper summed up more typical document resource to protect specific initiatives, and provide theoretical and practical guidance for the construction of information resource security system in China.
