摘  要:塑木复合材料是木质或其他生物质纤维材料与热塑性塑料复合而成的新材料,为废旧塑料和农林废弃物的再生利用开辟了新路径。分析了国内外塑木产业发展现状及趋势,研究塑木复合材料配方技术、加工工艺和产业化基地建设等关键技术,采用熔融共混法,通过特定螺杆组合的双螺杆造粒工艺和单螺杆挤出工艺,设计生产成本低、节约能耗、产品得率高的目标产品,产品的技术指标达到国际先进水平。Plastic wood composite material is a new material made from wood or other biomass fiber materials and thermoplastics. It expands a new application field for the recycling of waste plastics and agricultural and forestry wastes. This paper analyzes the present situation and the development trend of plastic wood industry both at home and abroad. It studies key technologies of plastic wood composite material formulation technology, processing technology and industrial base construction. By using melt blending method, twin-screw granulating process and single screw extrusion process were conducted through certain combination of screw, and the targets of low production cost, energy saving and high product yield products were achieved. The technical index of the products has reached the international advanced level.
