摘 要:油基钻井液因稳定性高并能抑制页岩水化膨胀和分散而被认为是高活性页岩、油页岩及致密岩地层的"黄金选项"。但高成本及比水基的更易漏失等因素制约了油基钻井液使用。从油基钻井液漏失机理出发,通过机理评价及漏失原因分析,研发了适用于该钻井液堵漏的纳米封堵剂,并通过粒度分析及突破压力实验等方法对其进行了表征。结果表明:研发的具有弹性的油基钻井液纳米封堵剂有合理粒度级配(60~500μm),与油基钻井液有良好配伍性,突破压力达10 MPa以上。牛94井施工成功封堵了地层裂缝,避免了井漏进一步发生。该研究成果为油基钻井液在泥页岩、油页岩及细砂岩地层应用提供了技术保障。Thanks to the high stability and inhibiting the hydration expansion dispersion of the shale,oil-base drilling fluids have been regarded as the"gold option"of highly active shale,oil shale and compact rock formation.However,comparing with the water-based one,the factors of their high cost and ease to leak and so on restrict their application. From the viewpoint of the loss mechanism of the oil-based drilling fluid,the evaluation of the leakage mechanism and analyses of the leakage causes,the nano-plugging agent for the oil-based drilling fluids was developed,by means of the methods such as the particle size analysis and breakthrough pressure test etc.,the agent was characterized. The achievements show that the developed nano-plugging agent with a certain elasticity for the oil-based drilling fluids possesses the reasonable grain size distribution( 60-500 μm),which has much better compatibility with the oil-based drilling fluids and furthermore the breaking pressure is up to 10 MPa or more. In the operation of Well N94,the agent successfully blocked the formation cracks and avoid the further occurrence of the well leakage. These achievements have provided a certain technical assurance for the application of this kind of the oil-base drilling fluid in the mud shale,oil shale and thin sandstone formations.
