“矫枉过正,不过正不能矫枉”——也评弗兰克《白银资本:重视经济全球化中的东方》

摘　　要：《白银资本》是贡德·弗兰克思想转航的代表之作。该著作的主旨是挑战"欧洲中心论"这一西方主流社会理论。作者对众多的西方社会理论家做出了批判,包括马克思、韦伯、汤因比、沃勒斯坦以及早期的自己。该著作在理论方法方面具有多种积极意义,作者以一种全球经济视野来说明其理论。文章认为《白银资本》在诸多方面给人以启示,包括它的怀疑精神和创新性、时代性和超时代性、研究手段的综合性等。而"矫枉过正"或许是该著作值得质疑的地方。"Silver Capital: the Orient in Economic Globalization"is Gunder Frank's masterpiece,whose theme is to challenge the mainstream Western sociological theory: "Eurocentrism". There have been a lot of critical ideas against it including Marx,Weber,Toynbee,Wallerstein and even himself when he was at his early stage. The theoretical approach is of great positive value,for example his suspicious attitudes to spirit and innovation,the epochal character and the character beyond times,and the comprehensive research methodology. However,hypercorrection may be worth challenging.
