低碳科技创新与生态产业竞争力互动耦合关系研究

摘　　要：在全球范围内低碳经济快速发展的背景下,低碳科技创新与生态产业竞争力的互动耦合成为各国经济结构优化进程中出现的必然现象。文章在界定低碳科技创新与生态产业竞争力互动耦合实质内涵的基础上,辨析二者之间既存在约束与胁迫又存在配合与协作的互动耦合关系,并揭示二者间互动耦合发展的驱动力机理,以此促进我国低碳科技创新与生态产业竞争力协调发展。In the context of global rapid development of low-carbon economy, low-carbon innovation and eco-industry competitiveness inevitably form an interactive coupling relationship in the process of national economic structure optimization. On the basis of defining the connotations of the interactive coupling relationship between low-carbon innovation and eco-industry competitiveness, this paper points out that low-carbon innovation and eco-industry competitiveness not only restrict and coerce each other, but cooperate and coordinate with each other. It also reveals the mechanism of driving force behind the relationship.
