摘 要:目的:探讨手机辐射对小鼠空间学习记忆能力的影响及其机制。方法:选择156只小鼠,按照单次辐射强度随机分为模拟对照组(不接受辐射)、轻度辐射组(辐射1 h/d)、中度辐射组(辐射2 h/d)和重度辐射组(辐射3 h/d)共4组,再按照辐射时长将4组内每组各36只小鼠随机再分为短时组(辐射1个月)、中时组(辐射2个月)和长时组(辐射3个月),每组12只。另设1组空白对照组(组内12只小鼠)。以手机通话状态所造成的辐射环境对小鼠施加影响。用八臂迷宫实验测试小鼠学习记忆能力和用化学比色法测定乙酰胆碱酯酶活性。结果:行为学测试显示八臂迷宫实验长时组中的重度辐射组小鼠的食物找寻时间与空白对照组相比延长,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001,F=71.29)。乙酰胆碱酯酶活性测试长时组中的重度辐射组小鼠与空白对照组相比增高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001,F=68.98)。MAO活性测试长时组中的重度辐射组小鼠与空白对照组小鼠相比增高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002,F=69.21)。结论:长时间或高辐射的手机辐射可导致小鼠空间学习记忆能力下降。Objective To investigate the effect of mobile phone radiation on spatial learning and memory in mice and its mechanism. Methods: According to the intensity of single radiation, 144 mice were equally and randomly divided into control group (no radiation), mild radiation group (1 h per day), moderate radiation group (2 h per day), and severe radiation group (3 h per day). According to the duration of radiation, 36 mice in each group were equally and randomly divided into short-term group (1 month), intermediate-term group (2 months), and long -term group (3 months). Another 12 mice were used as controls. Mice were exposed to radiation from a mobile phone during phone conversation. The 8-arm maze performance and colorimetric method were used to evaluate the learning and memory ability and the activity of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in mice. Results: Behavior tests showed that mice exposed to severe and long-term radiation spent a significantly longer time finding food in the 8-arm maze than the control group (P = 0.001, F = 71.29). The activities of AChE and monoamine oxidase were significantly higher in mice exposed to severe and long -term radiation than in the control group (P = 0.001, F = 68.98; P = 0.002, F = 69.21). Conclusions: Long-term or severe radiation from mobile phone has a negative effect on spatial learning and memory ability in mice.
