基于GIS的云南省竹种资源信息管理系统的建立

摘　　要：应用地理信息系统(GIS)技术建立了首份云南省原生和引种竹种(含41属389种、变种、变型)的物种信息管理系统。该系统通过"竹种名称"或"竹种名称+产地"等多种条件查询后,可输出竹种的种属、形态特征、分布地(含具体的地理位置、海拔、生境条件)、竹种分布图及竹种实景图片等相关信息,从而实现了竹种分布和生境信息的可视化查询。查询结果可生成可打印的、布局合理、信息丰富的竹种分布图。该系统的建成可大大降低云南竹种资源调查的成本,提高竹类资源信息的利用率,并实现资源共享,具有广泛的应用价值。The first information management system for bamboo species resources was established in Yunnan Province of China based on GIS technology,including 389 species,variety and forma from 41 genera. With the formats of"scientific name"or"scientific name + distribution area",the system could give relevant information,including genus and species,morphological characteristics,distribution area( including longitude, latitude, altitude and habitat conditions),distribution map and habitat pictures. Therefore,this system could provide the visual information on species distribution and habitat. The inquiry results could generate printable,reasonable laid out and informative bamboo species distribution map. The establishment of this system will greatly reduce the cost of bamboo resources investigation in Yunnan,improve the utilization of bamboo resources information and realize resources sharing,so it is of widespread application value.
