摘  要:飞灰比电阻是影响静电除尘器收尘性能的重要影响因素之一。飞灰的比电阻受到化学成分、温度以及粒径分布的影响。碱金属,特别是钠,对体积导电影响显著。飞灰比电阻随温度变化明显,在体积比电阻为主的区域内,随着温度的变化趋势符合Arrhenius方程。飞灰的粒径对比电阻有双重影响。低比电阻飞灰容易引起的二次返流,采用阳极板上涂装涂层,或者采用高电阻率的收尘极板进行调控。高比电阻飞灰会产生明显反电晕,实际运行中可采用烟气调质。Resistivity of fly ash is one of the important factors affecting dust collection performance of electrostatic precipitator.Resistivity of fly ash is affected by the chemical composition,temperature and particle size distribution. Alkali metals,especially sodium,have significant effects on volume conductivity. The fly ash resistivity is obviously changed with the temperature,in the temperature region where the volume ratio is predominant. And the trend with temperature is in accordance with the Arrhenius equation.The particle size has a double effect on fly ash resistivity. Low-resistivity fly ash easily causes secondary return of fly ash. It could be regulated by anode plate coating,or dust collecting plate with high resistivity. High resistivity fly ash will produce obvious back corona,and it could be adjusted by flue gas conditioning in actual operation.
