摘 要:以医药中间体生产废水为处理对象,研究了"电催化氧化+蒸发浓缩"预处理工艺对后续"厌氧+好氧"生化处理工艺效果的影响。p H为9,电流密度为30 m A/cm2时电催化氧化效果最好。经过预处理,废水COD和盐分的去除率分别可达88.5%和97%。预处理对生化处理的效果有着显著的影响,后续"厌氧+好氧"生化处理COD去除率由67.5%提高至96.25%。Taking pharmaceutical intermediates Wastewater as the treatment object,and the effects of the pretreatment process of "electro catalytic oxidation & evaporation concentration"on"anaerobic & aerobic"treatment process are studied. Electro catalytic oxidation shows the best treatment effect under the condition of p H is 9 and the current density is 30 ma/cm2. By pretreatment,the removal rates of COD and salinity are 88. 5% and 97% respectively. Pretreatment has a significant effect on the biological treatment,and the removal rate of COD was increased from 67. 5% to 96. 25% in the following "Anaerobic + aerobic"treatment.
