摘  要:广东省云梧高速公路石牙山隧道运营5年后初期支护与二次衬砌间出现了空洞、脱空等较严重病害现象,已经危及行车安全,需进行结构加强以确保隧道正常运行。基于对隧道病害现场情况、检测报告、工程地质、水文地质、原设计、前期各方论证的分析,结合相关规范对隧道养护、病害处治方法的要求以及目前病害隧道结构加固常用技术方法,提出拆换二次衬砌、钢板带加固+脱空填充、工字钢加固+脱空填充等3个结构加固方案。通过对隧道施工安全性、工期、耐久性、对行车的影响、美观性、经济性、业主要求等多方面进行综合比选,确定采用拆换二次衬砌方案对石牙山隧道进行结构加固处治。Five years after the operation of Shiyashan Tunnel of Yunwu Expressway in Guangdong Province,serious diseases such as cavities and emptying occurred between the primary support and the secondary lining,which have endangered traffic safety and required structural strengthening to ensure the normal operation of the tunnel.Based on the analysis of the tunnel disease status,test report,engineering geology,hydrogeology,original design and previous discussions,in combination with the requirements of tunnel maintenance and disease treatment methods and the commonly used technical methods for strengthening the tunnel structure,3 solutions for structural reinforcement are put forward,including replacing second lining,reinforcing with steel strip + fill-empty,I-beam reinforcement + fill empty.Through comprehensive comparison and selection of tunnel construction safety,construction period,durability,impact on driving,aesthetics,economy,owner’s requirements and many other aspects,it is determined that replacing secondary lining will be used to reinforce the structure of Shiyashan Tunnel.
