煤矿刮板输送机的磨损及其抗磨技术的探讨

摘　　要：刮板输送机是现代化采煤工艺中不可缺少的主要设备,担负着煤矿井下繁重的运输任务,刮板机在运行过程中长期存在较大的工作阻力,机械设备磨损严重。本文笔者结合自身工作实践,主要对刮板机中部槽磨损、溜槽与导料板的改进等方面做了简要介绍。Scraper conveyor is the indispensable main equipment in modern coal mining technology, fulflling the heavy transportation task. However, in the long-standing scraping, mechanical equipment wear and tear has become more and more serious. In this paper, the author briefy introduces the improvement of groove wear, chute and guide plate in the middle of the scraper.
