摘　　要：本文介绍了新汶矿业集团翟镇煤矿在液压支架立柱维修过程中,针对拆装工艺进行技术研究,通过自行设计,成功研制立柱的拆装设备,该设备提高了拆装效率和安全可靠性,从而对整个综采支架的维修质量和维修效率都起到了促进作用。This paper introduces the disassembling technology research of Xinwen Mining Group in the process of hydraulic support pillar maintenance. By means of self- design, the new pillar dismantling equipment has been developed, which improved the effciency of disassembling and safety and reliability of disassembling, and as a result played a signifcant role in the maintenance of the fully mechanized support.
