摘 要:为研究发射药连续化生产技术,以发射药溶塑制造工艺为背景,建立发射药连续化生产模型。利用制造发射药的物料在工序中的流动速度,研究了发射药连续化生产各工序物流匹配关系和工艺设备匹配关系,通过对发射药连续化生产工艺单元物料流速进行分析,建立了发射药连续化生产线物料流速为特征的发射药连续化生产模型,并以某种发射药制造为例研究发射药连续化生产模型在该发射药连续化生产中的应用。结果表明:该模型可用于发射药连续化生产工艺优化,解决离散工序与连续工序的连续化结合问题。In order to study the continuous production technology of propellant, the continuous production model of propellant is established with the background of the propellant plastisol manufacturing process. Based on the material movement speed of the propellant continuous process, matching relation of logistics and matching relation of process equipment in continuous production of propellant was studied. The material movement speed of the continuous production process of the propellant was analyzed, established the propellant continuous manufacturing model based on propellant continuous manufacturing material movement speed. Taking certain type propellant manufacturing as example, research the application of propellant continuous manufacturing model in propellant continuous manufacturing. The results show that the model can be used in propellant continuous manufacturing technology optimization, and solve the problem of continuous bonding of discrete process and continuous process.
