摘 要:随着辽河油田的开发进入中后期,油井产出液含水率逐年升高,联合站脱水过程中大部分热量被水消耗,造成能量损失。在辽河油田某联合站开展了稠油预脱水工艺试验研究,首次将斜板、旋流、气浮、化学沉降等技术联合应用于稠油预处理工艺,脱水率达到50%,脱后污水水质含油质量浓度小于1 000 mg/L、悬浮物质量浓度小于1 500 mg/L,水质好于沉降罐放水水质。与原有工艺对比,日减少加热水量3 682 m^3,节约天然气5 200 m^3,经济效益明显,节能降耗效果显著。As the development of Liaohe Oilfield has entered into the middle and later stages,the wa-ter content of the oil well produced liquid is increasing year by year.Most of heat is consumed by wa-ter in dehydration process at the multi-purpose station, resulting in energy loss. Experimental study on pre-dehydration of heavy oil is carried out at a multi-purpose station in Liaohe Oilfield. For the first time, technologies of inclined plates, swirling flow, air flotation and chemical sedimentation are united and applied to the pre-treatment of heavy oil. The dehydration rate reaches 50%, the oil mass concentration of sewage after dehydration is less than 1000 mg/L, the mass concentration of suspended matter is less than 1500 mg/L, and water quality is better than that drawn off from settling tanks. Compared with the original process, the amount of heated water can be reduced by 3682 m3, and natural gas can be saved by 5200 m3,which has obvious economic benefit and energy saving and con-sumption reducing effects.
