摘  要:在抽油机管理中普遍采用平衡标准"电流平衡"时,并认定85%~100%之间抽油机就是平衡的。实验证明,在抽油机运行过程中,上冲程与下冲程的内电动机平均功率基本上是相等的,即判断游梁式抽油机平衡标准便是判断它们的功率平衡是否相等。通过如何运用功率曲线法判断抽油机是否平衡,并运用调整平衡块的计算公式得出如何对不平衡的273口井进行相应的调整。调整后平均每口单井日节电量为6.688 kWh左右,在实际生产中取得了不错的效果,为以后功率曲线法判断和调整抽油机平衡的研究提供了可借鉴的依据。"Current balance" is commonly used in the management of pumping units when the standard time of equilibrium is adopted.It is also assumed that a pumping unit between 85% and 100% is balanced.The experiment shows that during the operation of the pumping unit,the average power of the internal motor in the upper stroke and the lower stroke are basically equal,that is to say the criterion for determining the balance of the beam pumping unit is to judge whether their power balance is equal or not.In this paper,we get the conclusion that how to use the power curve method to judge whether the pumping unit is balanced and how to calculate the unbalanced 273 wells by using the formula for adjusting the balance block.After adjustment,the average energy saving daily per single well is 6.688 kW.,which has achieved good results in the actual production.In addition,it provides a referential gist for the research that about the balance of judging and adjusting pumping unit by using the power curve in future.
