摘 要:油田开发进入高含水阶段,如果依靠强注强采维持稳产势必造成能耗总量的成倍增加。针对油藏特点采取的CO2吞吐、调剖调驱、压裂改造等技术措施取得显著的控水稳油效果,提高采收率的同时大幅减少地层产水量,吨油耗电由321 k Wh下降到308 k Wh,平均每年节约采注输用电量900×104k Wh。分析了油藏特点与能耗的关系,对油田开发生产系统节能工作有一定的宏观指导意义。新提出将节电量计入措施产出效益的观点对单井措施经济评价工作有借鉴意义。The oilfield development has entered the high water-cut stage,stable production relying on intensive injection and recovery will inevitably result in the total energy consumption increasing exponentially.According to characteristics of the reservoir,this paper takes the CO_2 huff-and-puff,profile control and flooding methods,fracturing transformation and other technical measures to achieve significantly stable production and water control.While improving oil recovery,this technology can significantly reduce the formation of water production and electricity consumption per ton oil decreases from 321 kWh to 308 kWh,the average annual savings of injection-productiontransport electricity is 900×10~4 kWh.The relationship between reservoir characteristics and energy consumption is analyzed,which has certain macro guiding significance for energy saving work of oilfield development and production system.The new viewpoint that the electricity consumption should be included in the measure output benefit is of reference significance to the economic evaluation of single well measures.
