油管清洗泄油装置的研制与应用

摘　　要：针对一些存在投杆困难且无法实现泄油功能的问题井,通常采用管内投入加重杆剪断销钉方式的常规泄油器。管柱起出后需上桥进行蒸汽刺洗,不可避免污油污水溅到防渗布之外而造成环境污染,为此研制了油管清洗泄油装置。该装置将泄油口打开方式设计为打压爆破式,避免了因投杆困难导致销钉无法剪断的问题。配套设计油管内壁清洗器,该工具在打开泄流通道后投入油管内,利用液流在扇形喷嘴处形成喷射面,对油管内壁进行冲洗;同时,承压皮碗对油管内壁进行二次刮削清洗,最终把清洗液和油管剩余液留在井内,达到起出油管内壁清洁、无需地面清洗的目的。At present,a conventional oil discharge device is used in the pipe to increase the lever and cut the pin way.In addition,when the pipe column is out,it needs to be washed on the bridge for steam washing,It will inevitably produce dirty oil and sewage which splash outside the impermeable cloth and cause environmental pollution.In view of this,the oil pipeline cleaning device is developed.The device will drain open design to suppress blasting to avoid the difficulties led to the constant shear pin caber problem,followed by supporting design of tubing wall washer,the tool in open drainage channel within the tubing,the jet surface formed in the fan-shaped nozzle by liquid,the inner pipe flushing,at the same pressure cup for the two time on the tubing wall scraping cleaning,the cleaning liquid and residual liquid in the tubing in the well,reach out tubing wall cleaning,no ground cleaning purpose.
