摘 要:针对抽油机结构复杂、载荷冲击较大,抽油杆管磨损较多,冲程受限的问题,研制出一种柔性控制长冲程抽油机,使用柔性绳子取代了部分抽油杆,减小了抽油机载荷。采用直驱电动机驱动,简化了传动环节,通过配套智能控制柜和特制长冲程抽油泵,冲程最高可达100 m,冲速1~12 h^(-1)连续可调,实现了柔性启停机,降低了启停机过程的冲击载荷和潜在安全隐患。在6口井上开展了使用超长冲程抽油机的试验。试验表明,平均单井日节电78.9 kWh,节电率达60.7%,泵效提高35.3个百分点,系统效率提高8.2个百分点。With the development of Daqing oilfield,the proportion of low production oil wells increased,with the problems of high energy consumption,low efficiency to be solved.A soft control super long stroke pumping unit was developed in the paper with respect to the complicated structure,large impact loading for the conventional long stoke pumping units.By means of a specific long pump,a smart controller and direct drive motor were incorporated into the long stroke pumping unit which could be flexibly started/shutdown with a maximum stroke of 100 meters and frequency range of 1-12 times per hour,thus decreasing the impact loading at the moment of startup/stop.Field test had illustrated that daily energy conservation was 60.7%,and pump efficiency has increased 41.7 percent,and system efficiency had increased 8.2 percent.
