摘　　要：门座起重机回转吊具在偏载作业情况下存在拉断平移链条的隐患。为避免偏载作业,对吊具进行了自动调平系统改造,避免了门座起重机装卸偏载集装箱时发生安全事故,保证了码头的安全生产,提高了设备的安全性能。Considering that the slewing sling of portal cranes exists the hidden danger of snapping translation chain during partial load operation, an automatic leveling system is designed for transforming lifting slings, which avoids occurring safety accident during portal cranes loading and unloading partial containers, ensures the safe production of the wharf and improves the safety performance of the equipment.
