摘　　要："计算机在材料工程中的应用"是材料类本科生的一门专业必修课程,传统教学模式很难提高学生的学习兴趣和学习效率,课本上的理论知识和当前材料科学研究实践相脱节。本文结合专业特点,开展从教学方法、教学内容以及培养学生创新能力的教学实践等方面对"计算机在材料工程中的应用"课程进行教学模式创新与探索。＂Application of Computer in Material Engineering＂ is a professional compulsory course for materials undergraduates. It is difficult for the traditional teaching mode to improve students＇ learning interest and learning efficiency. The theoretical knowledge of textbooks and the current scientific research practice are separated. Combining the professional characteristics, this paper innovates and explores the teaching mode of the course from its teaching methods and teaching contents as well as the teaching practice to cultivate students＇ innovative ability.
