摘　　要：研究移动视频业务卡顿原理,比较分析基于终端vMOS和基于XDR信令2种视频业务感知评估方法,在此基础上总结了目前卡顿率计算存在的问题,并引入了速率码率比。通过拨测证明速率码率比能够利用网络侧指标客观衡量视频业务卡顿情况,可用于感知差小区的筛选,便于全国推广与考核评估,对视频业务端到端定界与优化工作具有指导意义。It researches the principle of mobile video pause,and makes a comparative analysis of two evaluation models,and then introduces download speed and code rate ratio,accomplishes an objective assessment method of network side mobile video pause phenomenon,this method is suitable for the whole mobile network,and has a guiding significance to the end-to-end video services optimization.
