摘　　要：渤海旅大27-2油田A3m水平分支井应用Geo-Pilot旋转导向工具进行正常钻进和裸眼侧钻,侧钻点2899米处的井斜为96°,此时钻具上翘重力作用对裸眼侧钻的贡献大大降低,增加了裸眼侧钻的难度。本文对A3m水平分支井的成功作业模式、作业工具、作业流程以及施工关键点做了详细介绍。Geo-Pilot rotary oriented tools were used to branched well A3m in Lvda 27-2,Bohai Oilfield for normal drilling and open-hole sidetracking. The inclination of the sidetrack point of 2899 meters is 96 °,where the drill upward gravity contributes less to the sidetracking,making sidetracking more difficult. The successful operation mode,operation tools,operation flow and key points of construction of A3m horizontal branch well are introduced in this paper.
