摘　　要：TFT—LCD液晶基板玻璃熔解缺陷主要为：气泡、结石。目前随着熔解工艺逐步成熟、完善，气泡缺陷所占比例基本控制在2％-5％左右，而结石缺陷由于产生机理及产生位置的差异，同时由于其种类较多，对策较为困难，因此，结石缺陷成为影响玻璃良品率主要缺陷。本文将从结石产生机理及对策措施入手加以阐述。Bubbles and stones are main melting defects of TFF - LCD liquid crystal substrate glass. At present, as the melting process is gradually mature and perfect, the proportion of bubble defect is controlled at 2% - 5%. Stone defect is the main one affecting glass quality and it is difficult to find suitable because of its production mechanism, position difference and more types. This paper expounds the stone production mechanism and countermeasures.
