摘　　要：熔窑玻璃液面的稳定直接关系到玻璃成品质量、原料消耗以及熔窑寿命，而投料量和窑压是玻璃液面控制的关键因素。本文依据目前国内玻璃生产线的工艺要求，介绍了玻璃液面的测量、投料机控制及窑压控制的方法，比较了各种测量和控制方式的特点，也为进一步的优化策略提出了一些改进的方向。The stability of molten glass level is directly related to quality of finished glass, raw material consumption and furnace campaign. The batch capacity and furnace pressure are key factors for controlling molten glass level. Based on the process requirements of domestic glass production line, this paper introduces the measurement of molten glass level, the control of batch feeder and furnace pressure, compares the characteristics of various measurements and control methods, meanwhile puts forwards some improving direction for further optimizing strategy.
