摘 要:介绍了一种在改性沥青配料系统中的新型投料方式,即液下加料系统。该系统应用后,可使粉料更快的与液料分散混合,缩短了搅拌反应时间;能够有效减少在常规投料中粉料粘在罐壁或桨叶上的情况,降低原材料的浪费,减少潜在的安全隐患;能够降低环保烟气管道中粉料的吸入量,减少烟气管道的排渣清理次数,延长烟气管道的使用寿命,减少对空气环境的污染排放,降低废气处理的成本。This article introduces a new feeding mode in modified asphalt batching system--fluid feeding system. After the application of the feeding system, the powder can be mixed with the liquid faster and the mixing reaction time is shortened; the amount of powder stuck to the tank wall or blade in conventional feeding can be effectively reduced, as well as raw material waste and potential safety hazards; the inhalation of powder in the environmental smoke pipeline and the number of scum cleaning are reduced, the service life of smoke pipeline is extended, air pollution discharge and the cost of waste gas treatment are reduced.
