摘　　要：现阶段,服务标准化在规范行政行为、便民利企、强化廉政建设、创新政府治理模式、构建服务型政府等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。但各地政务大厅服务标准化工作在规范服务流程、提升行政效率、改善服务质量等方面仍存在一些亟待解决的问题,因此,需要从体制、机制、技术等多层面加以完善。With the ＂streamlining administration and the combination of deregulation and regulation ＂ reform and the national standardization strategy,the government one-stop services hall achieved rapid development.With which the administrative services was optimized,the degree of standardization of services was improved. However,the overall view of the one-stop services hall standardization is still in the early stages of development,there are still some urgent problems in the application of standardized the service process,improve administrative efficiency,improve service quality,Internet plus government services.We need to optimize the system,mechanism,technology and other aspects in the future.
